Application for S2-4 transfer admission for 2026-2027
Students interested in enrolling in Secondary 2 to Secondary 4 for the 2026-2027 academic year should note the following:
- Application Period:
18 May 2026 (Monday) to 5 June 2026 (Friday)
- Required Documents:
Applicants must prepare the following materials and submit them in person or by mail to our school during the application period:
- Complete the Online Google Form . After submission, an email will be sent to the applicant, with an application number. Should you not receive any email, please resubmit the form;
- A completed Transfer Application Form . Applicant must fill in the application number on the form (refer to 2a);
- A copy of the student’s Hong Kong Identity Card; (For dependants of persons admitted under talent admission schemes, please submit a copy of the valid dependent visa.)
- Copies of academic transcripts from the past three years;
- Copies of award certificates and relevant documents;
- Examination fee: HK$75.
Payment Methods:
- By cash (to be paid in person when submitting the application (Do not mail cash);
- By cheque (Payable to “The Incorporated Management Committee of Baptist Lui Ming Choi Secondary School”). Please write the (1) student’s name, (2) contact phone number, and (3) original school name on the back of the cheque.
For application via mail, together with a cheque for the examination fee, mail to:

- Written Exam:
Date: 18 June 2026 (Thursday)
Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (the actual exam duration is approximately 1 hour. Details will be given in the email to be sent on 12 June 2026.)- All applicants will receive an email on 12 June, notifying them of the written exam arrangements. If no email is received by 13 June, please contact us.
- The written exam covers English and Mathematics. Refer to the email for details.
- No make-up examination will be provided should you not be able to attend.
- Announcement of Interview Shortlist:
The school will notify applicants of the results via email on 25 June 2026. Eligible applicants will be invited for an interview scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 30 June (approximately 15 minutes per interview). Please bring along the original certificates/documents and the exam transcript of the past 3 years (2022-2025) on the day of interview.
In case of severe weather (Red or Black Rainstorm Warning) or a school closure announced by the Education Bureau, the written exam and interview will be rescheduled. Please check our school website for updates. Applications will be considered unsuccessful if no email notification is received by 26 June 2026.
