S2-S4 admission

Application for S2-4 transfer admission for 2025-2026
Students interested to enroll in Secondary 2 to Secondary 4 for the 2025-2026 academic year should note the following:
- Application Period:
Monday, 19th May, 2025, to Tuesday, 10th June, 2025
- Required Documents:
Applicants must prepare the following materials and submit them in person or by mail to our school during the application period:
a. Completed Transfer Application Form (Click the link to download the form);
b. A copy of the student’s Hong Kong Identity Card;
c. Copies of academic transcripts from the past three years, including the most recent final exam results;
d. Copies of award certificates and relevant documents;
e. An examination fee of HK$75.
Payment Methods for Examination Fee:
• Cash (to be paid in person when submitting the application ( do not mail cash);
• Cheque (made payable to “The Incorporated Management Committee of Baptist Lui Ming Choi Secondary School”).
Please write the (1) student's name, (2) contact phone number, and (3) original school name on the back of the cheque.

- Written Exam Date:
Friday, 20th June, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (the actual exam duration is approximately 1 hour, with specific timing listed in the email on 16th June).- All applicants will receive an email on Monday, 16th June, notifying them of the written exam arrangements. If no email is received by 17th June, please contact us.
- The written exam covers English and Mathematics, with details provided in the email.
- Announcement of Interview Shortlist:
The school will notify applicants of the results via email on 25th June. Eligible applicants will be invited for an interview scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 30th June (approximately 15 minutes per interview). Please bring the original certificates/documents and the exam transcript of the past 3 years (2022-2025) on the interview day.
In case of severe weather (Red or Black Rainstorm Warning) or a school closure announced by the Education Bureau, the written exam and interview will be rescheduled. Please check our school website for updates. Applications will be considered unsuccessful if no email notification is received by 26th June, 2025.
