The Hong Kong Budding Poets (English) Award (HKBPA) 2024/25 is organised by The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE) and supported by the Education Bureau (EDB).

The Hong Kong Budding Poets (English) Award is a territory-wide writing competition open to all primary and secondary school students in Hong Kong. It serves as a platform for students to express their creativity through writing poetry in English. It also aims to provide schools with a means to identify gifted learners in English for extended training in creative writing.
 

Congratulations to (1A) ZHU Elizabeth and (3B) CHENG Nga Sze Mia, who won The Outstanding Student Poet Bronze Award and Honourable Mention in the competition respectively.
