中一自行分配學位更新安排

在新型冠狀病毒疫情影響下，本校中一自行分配學位面試日期將改動如下：

備註：

1. 如3月16日未能復課，有關面試便取消。(21/2/2020 更新)
2. 本校將採取任何合理可行的防禦措施，以減低面試期間受感染的風險：

1. 參加面試同學必須填寫健康及旅遊申報表(請留意電郵)。如面試前14日內曾往內地者，除非有醫生發出書面健康證明 ，否則不能參與面試。
2. 本校將為每位學生及家長進行體溫檢查，體溫正常（超於37.2°C或99°F屬發燒）及戴上口罩方能進入本校。
3. 等候室改為有蓋操場，桌椅每30分鐘清潔及消毒一次。
4. 面試將以視像系統進行，學生須自行攜帶耳機連話筒。面試期間，面試學生及面試人員將透過視像系統對話。課室枱櫈及電腦設備每一節面試後清潔消毒一次。

Dear Parents and P6 Students,

New Arrangements for S1 Discretionary Places Interviews

           Owing to the influence of novel coronavirus infection, the interviews of S1 Discretionary Places in the school will be rescheduled as follows.

Remarks:

1. If class resumes after 16 March, the interviews will be cancelled.  (updated on 21/2/2020)
2. The school will carry out any reasonable and feasible preventive measures to reduce the risk of infection during the interviews.

1. Health and travel declaration will be carried out and please refer to the email.  No students visiting the Mainland within 14 days will be allowed to attend the interview unless doctor's proof of proper health condition is given.
2. The body temperature of all candidates will be checked before entering the school.  Only students of normal body temperature (not higher than 37.2^oC or 99^oF) wearing masks can be admitted to the school.
3. The waiting room will be the covered playground; all desks and chairs will be cleaned and sterilized twice an hour.
4. The interviews will be conducted via Zoom.  Candidates are required to bring their own earphones.   Every candidate and interviewer is assigned to have the interview in two separate classrooms.  Desks and IT equipment will be cleaned and sterilized after every interview time slot.
