1.   Guidelines for Handling School Complaints (Chinese version)

Since September 1, 2017, we have implemented a school-based complaint-handling mechanism in accordance with the instructions from the Education Bureau. For anyone who wishes to express opinions or file complaints regarding the daily affairs of the school, we follow the "Complaint Handling Guidelines" and require individuals to read the relevant guidelines and express their opinions as instructed. We strive for excellence and are willing to listen to opinions from all parties in order to create a positive learning environment for young people.
