Objectives
1. To provide students with a stimulating environment and a wide range of opportunities to explore, work and research in different media
2. To encourage students to become familiar with different art making techniques and develop ways of working that stimulate idea generation
3. To nurture students' talent in visual arts
Contents
- Workshop A - Ceramics Workshop
We meet on Thursdays. There are 14 sessions every school year. Students will learn pinching, coiling and slab building methods to build functional potteries and sculptures. Ceramics decorations are covered.
2. Workshop B - Glass and Enamel Art Workshop
We meet on Wednesdays. There are 12 sessions every school year. Through the workshop, students will acquire basic knowledge of glass and enamel art, artistic styles, and actual skills for art making.
Features
- Our workshops are taught by two experienced artists, Ms. Mandy Woo (alumna of our School) and Mr. Louis Lo, who have gained recognised qualifications in visual arts from overseas universities.
- Students can enjoy, have fun and be creative in the workshops.
